In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, our warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of receipt of the product and covers manufacturing defects and flaws in the purchased item.
If repair is not possible, the customer may choose one of the following options:
I) Replacement of the product with another of the same kind, in perfect condition for use;
II) Refund of the amount paid;
III) Store credit to be used as partial payment toward another piece of jewelry.
Within the warranty period, Bemrios also covers jewelry maintenance, stone replacement, and ring resizing.
After evaluation, the warranty may be void for pieces that have undergone third-party alterations, as well as for losses or damage caused by improper handling, drops, or contact with chemical products.
Bemrios also offers assistance and repair services for jewelry whose warranty period has expired, subject to a repair fee, which may vary depending on the service requested.
Please note that stone setting is provided free of charge for an indefinite period, as long as the original stones are returned with the jewelry.
In cases where stone replacement is required, an additional cost equivalent to the value of the stone will apply.
