Exchange for model or size: Requests must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Manufacturing defects: Requests must be made within 90 calendar days of receipt.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition;
Be returned with the original packaging, invoice, and all accessories;
Not have been altered or customized in any way (including engravings, resizing, polishing, or other modifications).
* Customized or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned due to regret. Exchanges or returns will only be accepted in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item:
Credit card payments: refunded to the original card statement, in accordance with the card issuer’s processing time.
Pix or bank slip payments: refunded within 10 business days after approval.
